WHAT IT IS: Lightweight lip gloss with a little bit of microfine glitter for subtle look on it's own or to enhance over lipstick.

HOW TO USE: Use the doe foot applicator to precisely apply to lips as desired. The formula does not dry down fully but does sit well and doesn't transfer easily. Can be applied over other lip colors to enhance the effects and change your desired looks.
